The Carr Suppy Pro Show was a commercial event that connected Carr Hardware’s vendors with our commercial and industrial customers. With 20 vendors and over 200 customers in attendance at the event, the planning, branding, and advertising of the event were crucial to its success.
Starting with the invitation, the first interaction with our audience. Invites needed to be small enough to hand off easily, so a postcard size was decided on. With a limited spacial economy, we focused on what was most important, the personal benefits of attendance, and the brand names that would be in attendance. We saved space and convenience on the actual RSVP process by tying it to a QR code that linked to an online sign up form.
After preplanning, the next challenge the logistics of the event itself. Everything from traffic flow to power outlet distribution needed to be considered to ensure that the event went smoothly. We organized an itinerary for giveaways, food and drink, table layout and more.
